Moving up to the Northwoods area of Central Wisconsin has been quite a change. Even in early to mid-October it’s not unusual to see frost or even some snow showers. This week there has been lots of rain, some sleet and a ton of wind. This has been going on throughout the Midwest but it’s really making it seem like late fall/winter.
So last week before the weather got nasty, it was unseasonably warm and the weather was still nice. I got out and took some pictures. I was trying to get some pictures of the full moonrise but they weren’t working out so I settled for this nice sunset, complete with a passing jet’s contrails. I am just now getting around to posting it because it seems so much more peaceful and warmer than the weather from this week! I bumped up the saturation and vibrancy to really make it pop.
